I had an amazing experience attending the 2023 Womb Wellness Retreat with Four2Five Wellness! The accommodations, food, drinks, and staff at Catalina's Hideaway were all by far the best service I've received in a long time. Great choice for a retreat! During the retreat with Four2Five, it felt like I knew everyone for years. I learned a lot with the education we received from Jasmin and Cindy. I am grateful for the friendships I made and bonds we've built with the group and individually. I enjoyed having the safe space and opportunity to be vulnerable and feel free of judgement during the whole trip. Highly Recommend for anyone who is looking to gain the knowledge that will assist them with their womb/gut wellness journey or anyone who would like to educate those around to them. I took this course for my daughter and young women alike. I feel empowered to continue growing and apply what I've learned by sharing with others. Thank you Four2Five Wellness for a life changing experience!
